Would recommend Jared to any potential sellers if you are seeking a hard working, ambitious and determine agent. We attended open houses on both Saturdays & Sundays for the purchase of our property and it showed his drive to get a great outcome for the seller - working even on a Sunday to capture any potential buyers who couldn't make the standard Saturday inspections. Jared was professional, had a great open style of communication and was quick to respond to any text or phone calls. Connor is very professional and committed to the sales process. I found him genuine, polite and hard working. He always keeps communication lines open with constant feedback, which I liked. He is very personable and builds relationship not only with the seller but also the buyer. He ran an excellent marketing campaign which saw lots of people through the property. Connor and Dan work well as a team and come Auction day got a price that was above expectation. If you want the best look no further, these guys are great and know what they are doing.

I was keen to secure a beachfront apartment in a building I already knew very well. My objective was to secure the property prior to the next inspection and prior to auction. I was able to make my offer, sign the contract and pay the deposit all in a few hours. This is exactly what I wanted given the nature of the property and the strong market. Rachel quickly understood what was needed to be achieved to close the sale to the great satisfaction of myself and the seller.
