We first met Troy when visiting some open homes. My wife and I were impressed with his friendly open manner, his knowledge of the local market and his ability to give honest appraisals. He is very easy to relate to and was our first choice when selling a pair of duplex units. We never felt pressured to either buy or sell and he was great to work with, even when our sale progressed through the uncertainty associated with the Covid pandemic and the novelty of an online virtual auction. So it all became a pleasant and positive experience. Never felt pressured and Troy was always available when needed to talk to him. Highly recommended.

We bought a house from Troy Fitzgerald and couldn't be happier with the customer service. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and personable. When we were looking at the house, it was in the peak of COVID-19 and he kept to all restrictions and was very organised with the showing. He was always available to answer all our questions. The housewarming gift, which was a gift card to a great Gold Coast restaurant instead of the normal bottle of champagne, was a really thoughtful and personal touch!
