I am writing this Testimonial for Troy Fitzgerald Sales Agent at Ray White Broadbeach. From the time I spoke with Troy the first time in July of 2015 I can say he was very understanding as we were going through a litigation case with one of my siblings who contested the will against my handicapped sister who was residing at the property. Troy had met Beatrice on a number of occasions and was fully aware of her situation and treated her with respect at each open. The home was well situated in Mermaid Waters being on the canal with one neighbour and a park. Troy explained the best possible way of exposure to obtaining a high price was to go to Auction, not only advertising on the Internet as a Feature Listing but also to advertise in the Gold Coast Bulletin. We took his advice on board and decided to go through with an Auction campaign and placed the property on the market in August 2016. The 4 week marketing campaign was well launched and the exposure was fantastic. Troy kept us up to date not only by phone after each open but by a thorough report each week on each client/s comments and their feedback. Auction day came, with Troy being well organised along with his staff and in particular the Auctioneer Nigel Long. The property was sold reaching our reserve price. As far as Troy himself I can say he conducted himself in a very professional manner and also understood our circumstances and was very humble. Troy came across very credible which is important when your spending a big amount of money. I truly believe we paid a bit more than we should have (good negotiation by Troy) but to be honest we're happy with what we've bought and that's all that matters. We met another estate agent before we met Troy, and our feeling toward him was that he was dodgy, so to get Troy straight after the first guy was great because you want to work with someone you trust. Overall I'd highly recommend Troy and if we sell, I'd probably get him to sell it again.
