We have sold several properties over the years and I can say that Steve Smith is one of the best agents we've worked with. His market knowledge and communication with us and potential buyers was second to none. My wife and I really felt Steve was our agent, working for us, and not just a salesman trying to make a sale.

A good outcome
When deciding to sell my Manning residence I did not consider any other Agent besides Rob, as from past experience I feel he is the best in the area. Whilst we did not quite achieve the price I had in mind, I was still happy with the outcome, especially when Rob facilitated an outcome on very short notice, that involved a simultaneous exchange on the purchasers property, during difficult the market conditions we have experienced of late. I would recommend Rob and his team.
