Towards to end of 2019 I needed to arrange the sale of my late mothers house in Cundletown .With a view of gaining the best possible price in the market at that time and stress free experience overall I elected to engage the services of Steve Smith at Ray White Manning Valley. Steve is a professional and well regarded Property Consultant with many years experience in the local area.He marketed Cundletown property as widely as required to achieve the desired result and it was sold at auction under the hammer on the night. During the selling program Steve held regular Open for Inspection days and made contact soon after each of those inspection days to provided feedback of the days events. This feedback enabled me to reach a decision on auction night.
