1 - I specifically asked Steve to ensure that the Vendor left my (rural property) tanks as full as possible. It was brought to my attention (via neighbours AFTER purchase / exchange) that the previous owner was (almost daily) draining the water storage tanks. 2 -There was an incident in the house in 2016 that I would expect to be disclosed. Not a word was mentioned. I would have at least appreciated being advised. 3 - I was advised that the (40+) tyres left on the property were to assist the creek bank from deteriorating further. Again via neighbours after my purchase, I was advised that the prior owner just "dumped" them there to avoid removal fees. 4 - I was not advised of the impending development, that is currently going through Mid North Coast Council, to build 73 houses right across the road from me. I moved from Sydney to (what I believed to be) a Rural area... now only to discover that my quiet rural dream will be shattered within a couple of years, if not sooner. Steve is a nice guy, though I question his morals & motives, even as (myself being) a previous sales person.
