I sold two properties with Steve. He was honest and accurate in his assessment of what I could expect for my property. I live overseas so never met him in person, mostly dealt with him via email and a couple of phone calls. He provided regularly updates and feedback from the open houses regarding how many people inspected, who seemed like they were interested and what comments were made about the property. When presenting me with offers he would also chase up previous interested parties to see if he could get a better price. I found him very hard working and was very happy with the results he achieved. I would definitely use him again to sell a property.

Steve was the first agent to get back to me regarding information and inspection booking which made life much easier for us. Some agents did not respond to my expressions of interest for days and in some cases weeks. Those will be passed on by word of mouth. Steve was able to deal with little problems we had in transitioning to our new house enabling things to run very smoothly at this end at Taree.
