Our experience with real estate and Steve Smith
Recently we sold our investment property through Ray White Manning Valley using Steve Smith as our agent. Steve was excellent! He came straight around to look through the property with us, made a few suggestions which we carried through on and quickly arranged for professional photos to be taken of the property. Steve's knowledge of the area and contacts he and other agents within the company had, made selling our property a breeze! We couldn't believe how hard Steve worked to ensure our property looked amazing and always kept us up to date with what was happening after each inspection. It only took just over a week to sell our property. We can highly recommend Steve Smith for any purchase or sale of a property!

Steve was outstanding in presenting and marketing the house and always keeping us up to date with all information during open houses . He negotiated with buyers achieving an agreeable price to sell the property . The best aspect of dealing with Steve is that he always kept in touch, despite constant episodes of phone tag! Busy people with full schedules need someone who is dedicated to keeping up communication and Steve delivers on that aspect. Despite the fact that I was the successful buyer, I believe I had very honest communication with him at all times, which was essential in a hot market, with time being the essence! He went out of his way to take me thru the property again on the day of exchange, which was a lovely and welcome touch. A very positive and comfortable buying experience!
