Poor, very poor.
Adam did not know the property even though he was the selling agent. Provided incorrect timeframes for contract exchange and settlement, and is slow to return calls- if at all. Disappointed

You can trust Steve
Steve goes above and beyond. He answered his phone virtually every time and when he couldn’t he called back in less than 15 minutes. Steve also squeezed in time for us to have a private inspection of the home outside of work hours. Steve was able to negotiate to get both us and the vendors a good deal. I do genuinely believe that he wanted to help us (the buyers) as well as the vendors.
