Selling my mum's house through Scott Robinson and his team at Ray White Real Estate at Brighton and Marion was an excellent decision. Her house was in Novar Gardens and I lived in Jamestown. I knew very little about the process and was unsure what to do. Scott came up to Jamestown twice and explained it all. He was friendly, very down to earth and easy to get along with. His knowledge, expertise and organisational skills made us feel very comfortable and we trusted him all the way through the process. He kept us up to date with house sale prices in the Novar Gardens and surrounding district, and his team provided a "make-over" of mum's house. The result was stunning, and we were tickled pink when we saw it sparkle in the advertising video. Scott and his team organised everything we needed for the sale and communicated via phone, google and email. We were kept in the loop all the way. Signing paperwork was made easy and was done electrically. The house was sold by auction, and we enjoyed the day. The auctioneer was very skilled and cleverly managed to get very close to our reserve price despite Covid issues. We were really happy that mum would now be able to pay for her room at the Aged Care facility in Jamestown Scott and his team did a wonderful job. They were friendly, competent and on the ball.
