As interstate buyers unable to travel to Adelaide we first contacted Susan based on the listing in realestate.com.au. Susan was able to provide quick answers to a few very basic questions to ensure that the property was something we were interested in (Torrens Title in particular). We were then able to arrange for relatives of ours to meet Susan for an inspection of the property.
Having decided that this was a property that we were keen to purchase, Susan talked us through the next steps in making an offer and then kept us fully informed of progress as the offers were considered.
Being the successful bidder Susan provided us with some suggestions on conveyancers and building inspectors, and was very helpful in getting access to the property for the necessary inspections, and ultimately how and when to pay the deposit.
Susan was back in touch closer to settlement date just to make sure everything was on track, and ultimately on settlement day to let us know that all transactions had been processed and the house was ours.
