Excellent Sales Agent
I have been meaning to write this review for a long time. Chris Lee and his team from Ray White Meadowbank were among 5 agencies I contacted to appraise my mother's property for sale. Within 15min of my first call, the team were at the apartment with a very comprehensive marketing portfolio and proposal which included recent sales of similar properties as well as recommendations on pricing, presentation and marketing strategy. Although he offered the highest valuation and lowest commission structure, I actually selected him because of his thorough knowledge of the local market including an understanding of the nuances in features and configurations across the various building developments and typical buyer profiles along with his database of interested clients. He was confident he could achieve the price because he recognised the unique features that distinguished our apartment from similar properties in the area and believed he had clients who would be interested. Immediately upon signing the sales agreement, he arranged for the property to be professionally styled at a very reasonable cost, photographed, and advertised online within a day, ahead of the first and as it happened, the only inspection the next Saturday. He achieved a sale price at the upper end of his initial valuation along with an early settlement in April 2023 which suited us fine. Chris Lee is professional, soft spoken and easy to deal with, as well as very reasonable and efficient. In terms of selling properties in the Meadowbank area, I highly recommend the team at Ray White Meadowbank.
