As a first home buyer, it was quite daunting at first. After looking at many properties over several months, Mary Jane stood out to me for her excellent knowledge of the local area, in particular the builders of each block, building history, and knowing the building managers. She has great communication, very professional, and willing to look for and line up the right property that suited my needs and interests. The whole process went smoothly, including coordinating replacing the carpet with floorboards, that was already in-progress with the vendor. Thank you for your patience!
