I found Jake my property manager very helpful and professional. He is always punctual for unit inspections. He keeps me informed about the tennents.

I don't understand. For the previous tenant Timothy Healee we paid letting Fee and realestate.com. he stayed in the unit 1,5 month and decided to go. and now for the new tenant we have to pay again letting fee and Realestate.com. I understood the previous tenant was going to pay the new fees. Can you explain me ? thank you regards christophe de gaillande

I applied for a rental property in Broadbeach. The property is in an amazing location and was a very sort after property due to it's popular location. The rental management team are very professional and all references and referees. The checks where conducted professionally and quickly.
