For the previous tenant Timothy Healee we paid letting Fee and realestate.com. he stayed in the unit 1,5 month and decided to go. and now for the new tenant we have to pay again letting fee and Realestate.com. I understood the previous tenant was going to pay the new fees. Can you explain me ? thank you regards christophe de gaillande
