Ray White Mermaid have managed our rental property for years and its been a great experience. I don't live in the same state and have always had complete confidence in them to look after our house and find the best tenants. Tahni has been our property rental manager for years and I have been nothing but happy with her. Tahni has a great manner, respectful and responsive. She works very hard to keep both the tenant and the owner happy and informed which is not always an easy task. our house is looked after well so the condition doesn't depreciate. Danni and her team are amazing from start to finish. I have several rental properties and I wouldn’t even consider using anyone else to manage my properties. They spend a lot of time vetting the tenants and making sure that they are good. This then translates in to a stress free rental experience. I have used other agencies before but in my opinion, Danni and her team are the best.

We have owned our Investment Rental Apartments at Tugun since 2017 and have always had them Property Managed by Heidi Andrews of Ray White Mermaid Waters. As we live five hours away on a farm in northern NSW it is very helpful for us to have a local Property Manager.
