Poor experience from start to finish. Agent did not take repair requests seriously and we were later blamed for the request not being acted on, the property manager advising that we “should have submitted a Notice to Remedy breach” if we wanted repairs. We would never apply for a house managed by Ray White Mermaid Waters and encourage all renters to avoid at all costs.

RW Mermaid Waters made our lives hell. They and the landlord happily took our exorbitant rental payments but would not fix issues around the house. Made it incredibly expensive and mentally taxing to finish the lease with them (they ended the lease but would not give us any flexibility with the end date, despite the known rental crisis occurring around the country). They untruthfully gave us bad rental references to stop us securing our next lease. They are unethical and inhumane and I would never rent a property through them again, nor hire them to manage my investment properties. This agency and the landlord of 6 Compass Court Mermaid Waters are greedy nasty people, it was a very painful 2 years renting through them.
