He offers strategies to bring about a successful sale.This include having an interior design arrange layout of various rooms within the house. He also arrange a gardener to attend to the garden . The publishing notices for our house on various marketing sites ensured we had our place in the publics eye, for those looking to buy. This was demonstrated once our house was on the market ,when it was sold to an interstate buyer.
