Jo was fantastic from start to finish. I vetted a few different agents by phoning them around 5pm to see how fast they'd push me off the phone! She was on the phone for a good hour until I ended the call! She was very thorough, supportive, and professional throughout the whole process. Jo went above and beyond for our recent Kenmore sale. We were not in Brisbane at any time in the sale process, so Jo took charge of all the preparations: engaging tradesmen, stylists, photographers, gardeners, cleaners, pool cleaners. Nothing was too much trouble. Jo really knows the Kenmore market and her advice on comparable sales nearby was spot on. On top of her efficiency, she is delightful and completely straightforward to deal with.
