I wanted to view the property at unscheduled times. It was never a problem. On one occasion the tradesman that was arranged was late , but Melissa changed her arrangements and made sure that the tradesman was able to view the property. On auction day I do not think I would have been successful without her help. She kept me abreast of all the bids.
