Mike is highly professional and personable. He presented well at initial interview, displaying sound knowledge and guided us through the entire process. His team was professional and timely in all actions including provision of an interior designer to advise on house presentation with existing furniture. This was arranged the day following Mike's appointment. Mike also coordinated the video, still photographer and script writer to suit our availability for set-up, as we had to come from Canberra. Just two weeks after advertising, Mike recommended that he negotiate with the most interested buyers, prior to auction. He negotiated a very good price, demonstrating his great sense of market.
