I appreciated being kept in the loop after showings.The agents work together and are very approachable and easy to communicate with.The only thing I thought I was not guided with what was market value with what was appropriate rent value for my townhouse,and wasted alot of time and potential tenants. In the end I had to decrease the rent by $25. With all that time wasted about a month. Only has one offer and then had to wait an extra 3 weeks for thst tenant.

Professional service from all the staff and very good communication. Staff always available when required and a friendly office environment. Leasing and openings conducted in a professional and friendly manner. All matters dealt with quickly and follow up on ongoing matters very good. I have used several different property managers over the years and Ray White Mitcham have been the best and I have now been with them for over 7 years.

I was with other agent before and they managed my property terribly. They also lied to me. They put my property on the market for a long time but couldn't find a tenants. After I shift to Ray White, Sarah, Rebecca, Janet and Sara are very professional and found tenants straightaway.
