Steve is really personable, professional and kept us totally informed every step of the way.
Steve had lots of information, was realistic and didn't make any promises that he couldn't deliver. He encouraged and supported us when needed and was the absolute professional. Another easy transaction with Steve
This is the third transaction we've done with Steve and would not hesitate to do another one with him. We met Steve about 5 years ago and bought a unit through him which was nice and easy. An agent of unbounding energy and enthusiasm, Steven made the whole selling process stress-free, from initial consultation to the date of settlement. The unit inspections were done with the utmost professionalism and regular follow-ups were done with prospective purchasers. Steven had a good knowledge of the local unit market and his estimate of the selling price range for the unit was spot on. A good turn-out on auction day and an above-reserve sale was proof of a job well done!!
