Excellent!
Brent was very helpful in getting our investment property sold at auction. The communication was excellent, we were away on the day of the auction but were still kept informed throughout the auction.

There is sometimes a stigma when you discuss or talk about Real Estate agents with friends and colleagues, some are average, some are good and very few are outstanding or excellent. So what makes Brent different from anyone else. - You feel comfortable with Brent, someone who is easy to talk to, listens and understands your perspective and what you are looking for. - Brent's responsibility is to the vendor but you don't get that with Brent, he has your interest at heart too and he will do everything he can to help and guide you through the process, the ins and outs. - Brent has a wealth of knowledge, understands the market and the region that can help enhance your decision making. - Brent goes out of his way to make things happen, when he says he's is going to do something, it gets done, nothing is ever a problem and the communication on what has been done is followed through where you are not left in the dark. - Brent is not superman and he cant do everything himself so he does have good people around him that support and act on his behalf, plus they are of the same ilk therefore you are not disadvantaged in anyway. - Brent gets results, in finding and selling properties, in getting vendors and buyers talking the same language to deliver for both parties. - One of the key attributes is the communication, follow through and the general support Brent delivers in the whole process. Brent was very professional, Honest and Reliable.
I must say that it was very easy to deal with Brent. This was the second time dealing with Brent. First time for purchasing and this time selling. I was not sure about selling the house. There was no pressure from Brent like some other agents. Brent made me feel at ease, kept me informed about every inspection and interest/inquiry. Over all Bent ticked all the boxes with his honesty. I would highly recommend him to anyone selling or buying property.
