Brent was fantastic to deal with. He was very friendly and his knowledge of the Mooloolabah market was exceptional. We were interstate buyers and Brent gave us the confidence to proceed with the purchase. We could not be happier with the service he provided and have no hesitation in recommending Brent and his team for all of your real estate needs.

I have known Steve for some time through my association with Mantra Hotels and Resorts. It is because of this trusted, professional, and dedicated worker, that I chose to lost my property with Ray White Mooloolaba - more so, to Steve himself. He is passionate for what he does, doesn’t cut corners, is thorough and looks our for all his clients. Most of all, he is incredibly down to earth. If you want your sale to be a pleasure of an experience, choose Steve.

Selling a home is stressful at the best of times. Consider selling a home from interstate, during lockdowns with travel restrictions & stress levels rise further. Then consider that the home belonged to your late father, that you are the executor of his estate and have siblings that are counting on you to achieve the best outcome for the estate beneficiaries. That was the situation confronting me earlier this year. When I canvassed the market for the right agent, one stood out from the outset – Brent Higgins. His calm reassurance that he and his team would do whatever it took to bring the property up to a level that gave it the best chance of realising the best possible sale price convinced us that Ray White Mooloolaba was the right choice for me. Brent’s whole team rose to the challenge. I arranged for the property to be re-painted, re-carpeted, furnished & landscaped with guidance from Brent and recommendations for trades & services to help me. The campaign was targeted, well thought out and remained fluid enough to respond to opportunities as they arose. The feedback I received during the auction campaign was more comprehensive than any I had previously experienced in my 25 years in property development. Fast forward to auction day & the outcome I sought was achieved. Brent was not only seeking a favourable price outcome, he was adamant that the home needed to find the right family as the next custodians of the home that nurtured my father for the last 35 years. Brent and his team went above and beyond what I have come to expect from Real Estate agents and has reset the bar for the standards I expect going forward. Thank you Brent to you and your team. I could not recommend you more highly.

Steven was delightful from the moment I sent him an enquiry message. Not only did he respond to my questions straight away, he also shared information that I was not aware of. He is very knowledgeable not only in the area of property but also in the process of buying a property which was very helpful. Steven was helpful, energetic and patient. Thank you Steven for assisting us with the purchase of our property. We truly appreciate it.
