I was a first time purchaser, ended up buying through Ray White @ Mooloolaba, and had the pleasure of buying through James. As a first time buyer, this was extremely daunting how ever James really helped me. He answered any question I asked and was very punctual and quick to respond. Even going above and beyond helping me with things I had little to no idea about such as conveyance's, and other bits and pieces I didn't expect. 6 months down the track I can still call James with stupid questions and he is always happy to assist. Really good service all round, no complaints
