Honesty and Integrity.
MY experience with Brent and his team was a pleasant one and, although there were a couple of hiccups, I was very satisfied with their willingness and effort to rectify and address my concerns promptly, helping to remove any element of the stress related, and giving a very satisfactory outcome for me with a quick sale and Settlement. Their honesty and integrity did shine through and I would recommend them to anyone looking to sell a property.

Great Experience
I'm usually very skeptical of real-estate agents but I found dealing with James to be a very good experience. He is a very genuine person to deal with, every step of the way he was communicating with us and keeping us fully up to date with what was going on. He was always available to answer questions and was available to provide any help we needed. Once again James thank you as it was a pleasure dealing with you.

Selecting an agent from afar is a difficult proposition. I made a special surprise visit to an auction in the same complex i had my apartment. James presented himself well and a decision based on our brief meeting was made to engage James as my selling agent. In a difficult market James and his offsider Liz delivered more than i had asked for. My distance created a few problems for me.I asked James to inform me of every action or inquiry in relation to the property, he did this almost on a daily basis.
