David is personable and helpful. His discussion methodology is forthright, informed and clear. I appreciated David's ability to keep me advised of progress in the range of developments relating to the sale of the property, which was slightly more complex than average with the subdivision aspect added. David was very quick to respond to queries for clarification and to requests for further information on practical details from the vendors. He maintained extremely good contact with both parties throughout the sales process. I gave David 4 out of 5 stars for market knowledge only because I'm not very familiar with the extent of his knowledge in this area. I would not hesitate to recommend David to anyone requiring a highly skilled and supportive estate agent.

Our house was probably one of the harder ones that Ryan has had to sell due to the layout of our 1/2 acre block (steepness), but he never gave up. He would always say “the right person will come along that loves and appreciates it as much as you. It will happen”! And it did! Throughout he was professional, calm, friendly and took on board our concerns, and feedback. Ryan always had a smile and worked hard to find out buyers. Thank you Ryan 😊
