As a purchaser of a property - which was somewhat complicated - David facilitated and advocated for the vendor as well as worked with us to make sure the terms and contract met the wishes of all parties. Particularly impressive is David's communication (verbal and written) and his going the extra mile in all respects. Eg when the "finance clause" or some other issue such as the "death of vendor" (for example) occurred he remained unphased and patient, working steadily with all parties. His congenial nature, great knowledge of the property and professionalism is a total credit and I don't hesitate to recommend him as an agent who will achieve the best outcome and price for any property. He is a pleasure to work with from a buyer perspective, but as a seller I will most definitely chose and recommend David in the future.
