Nicole was very professional and friendly during the opening of the property we just purchased.But more than that , when we had a problem with our pre-approved loan -and couldn't purchase anymore- She put us on to a great broker Thomas Miller instead of giving up on us or taking other offers.During the waiting period for the approval she was very patient & informative both with us and the vendor.If it wasn't for Nicole we wouldn't have purchased our new home so very big thanks to her.It's obvious that Nicole does her job with great joy.
