Super Fast seller
Our house was in a suburb that was known to be slow to sell (Approx 250 days on market average) Nicole managed to get a contract of sale on our house within 2 open inspections and sold in less than 5 months. A super quick turn around for the area. Nicole always kept us informed and up to date with the progress and feed back from every inspection. Would definitely use Nicole again to sell our house.

Astute and Enthusiastic
David worked alongside Ryan on the sale of my property as it was a large house with ample features. As I listed all the features of the property and how I wanted them relayed to any potential buyers I could see David absorbing and noting everything. He had a list of clients he thought the property suited and tailored his sales and the features of the house to these clients specifically......he even jumped on board knowing our short sale time frame and organised private viewings of his own time. A definite bonus having David on the team to bring forward all the little things to prospective buyers which opened up our chances and helped us get the sale we wanted. Would happily suggest teaming these two up again, and in the near future David will be the 'go-getter' you want to sell your house. Cheers boys.

Professional and precise
We had an idea in mind of what we wanted and what we wanted the market to see with my property. Ryan bought all the information that we needed to our first meeting and after collecting all the facts and features of the house delivered this in a positive and professional manner to all prospective buyers. Although there were a lot of window shoppers, Ryan never disregarded these buyers, but when a truly interested party made an offer he was sure to give his time to both I and the buyer to help us both get what we wanted from the sale/purchase.
