So happy with Andrew and Grant Bowan in selling our house
Andrew & Grant are very good at keeping informed about inquiries, state of the market, etc, and realistic selling price, advice re what we needed to do to sell the property such as getting a building and pest report, they worked hard to get us the best possible price, but worked hard to get a realistic sale - so happy on the short campaign and sale. We sold our last home around 13 years ago with Grant and bought this home with him at that time, so was happy to sell with him as a trustworthy family company, Grant and Andrew

My Beautiful Experience
Julie Wier is a direct and strong negotiator for her clients. So if I was the seller I will certainly get her to sell my property. Julie was very helpful, making sure we could visit the property three times and being at the property on time to let us in. She worked closely with the seller to get the electricity turned up so that we could do a final check before we said OK. I would like to say big thank you to Julie for helping us make our big move in settling down in Australia fabulous.

Above and Beyond Service!!
Great service and makes the whole process stress free and easy for my husband and me. As we are based in another state, there were a lot of things needed to be done to get the house ready for the market. We are really glad that Julie organised it all for us from preparation to the end. Won’t be able get the result that we want without her expert advise and rich experience in the local area.
