Excellent Outcome

Jay Liu did an excellent job for us. He diligently attended every 'open', arriving in a timely manner to ready the house for inspection. He then followed up with all of the prospective purchasers so that we were well informed about what they thought about our house and what their intentions were. Whilst we didn't always like the news, we felt comfortable that we were well informed. Jay and the whole Ray White team did an excellent job, delivering a result well above our expectations. I highly recommend them.

Very professional and a great communicator

I was very impressed with Courtney and I couldn't recommend he and his team highly enough. Communication skills were excellent and he took the time to clearly explain the process of selling a house. Queries were answered promptly and feedback from prospective buyers was provided as soon as possible. I appreciated the fact that he was always present at the open for inspections as he said he would be at our initial meeting. I believe that having a principal agent double up as auctioneer is a definite advantage as he knew our house well and appreciated it's finer points. Courtneys knowledge of the market was exceptional, his auctioneering skills outstanding and he helped us achieve a very good price in challenging market conditions. I would definitely recommend Courtney and his team to anyone considering buying or selling a home.
