Jay was chill, thanks Jay

Jay was very chill and helpful in email and communication generally. He was up front about how many people were interested in the house I was after, and was happy to go back and fourth to make sure certain details/edits were made to the section 32. I appreciated his chill energy and he didn't feel like a vulture. Cheers Jay
