Ray White Narangba is located opposite the Narangba Railway Station in the Narangba Village Shopping Complex a few doors down from the IGA. Ray White Narangba moved into its current location in 2006. Principal and Director Narelle Mannaert purchased the office in early 2008 and has developed a highly experienced sales team dedicated to working for the local Narangba community. They do a thorough inspection and provide a detailed report of their fibdings before the tenant moves in. They also provide a list of the things they need to assess as part of ongoing inspection. Their vetting for the tenants is indepth. I strongly recommend them

All the team at Ray White Narangba bent over backwards to get our unit ready for a new tenant.

One of our long staying tenants, moved recently and we decided to do a few renovations while the unit was empty and before a new tenant moved in. We only had a short time to do this and things were progressing nicely, until we hit a road block and it seemed impossible to have the unit ready for the new tenants, move in date. The team at Ray White Narangba, were so wonderful in reassuring us that everything would be alright and they literally moved mountains to get everything sorted and ready for the new tenants. We are so grateful for all that they did. They certainly relieved us of a lot of stress and can't thank them enough. We would certainly recommend Ray White Narangba, if you are looking for great rental property managers for your rental investment property.
