EResidential have been great throughout my relationship with them. Ivan has been the best property manager and also gave me lot of expert advice on many issues related to my prooperty. His local knowledge of the area has been great. I would definately go with him in my next rental property also.

Ivan Chua was our property manager throughout our lease and he was great to deal with from start to finish. His communication was always clear, prompt ,professional and he was consistently kind and approachable. Any issues ,questions or requests were sorted out as quickly as possible and he was extremely helpful in every way during our tenancy. We really appreciated his support and the positive experience he provided while managing the property.

I found the Property Manager, Ivan very helpful and overall I would rate highly. Unfortunately my not so great experience came for their unorganised administration side when dealing with office staff.
