I had a very good experience with Robert and his team (Ashlee - Sales Assistant to Robert) from the start. Before inspecting the unit I was interested in buying, I contacted Ray White to ask a question. I received a phone call within a day of sending the email. First impression... excellent, as this was the first time an agent had actually answered my question (or bothered to respond). Walked in to the inspection, fell in love with the property and had a quick chat with Robert who explained he would be calling later that day to get feedback on the property. I made an offer on the spot. Had a call within an hour, there was some negotiation back and forth and within two hours of walking through the door we had a deal. I felt that Robert was trying to get a price that was good for both the seller and for me. Was called promptly, no high pressure tactics used, was an excellent mediator. Had contracts etc ready within hours and walked this novice through a really terrifying and exciting experience with grace and humour. Has an amazing assistant who basically adopts you from contracts being signed until the day you pick up the keys. If I ever sell I know where I'm going.
