I appreciate the level of transparency michael showed in relation to our purchase. Even though michael was acting agent for the sellers, he was very transparent in relation to the negotiation process and anything that we as buyers would need to be aware of. Both Michael and Jasmyn did a very good job in the way the house was presented on the market. We instantly liked it.
