Great property managers
Naomi Baber has been managing our rental properties for about 10 years, and during this time we have found her to be very professional, and courteous in all of our dealings with her. We have even changed real estate agents to follow Naomi when she has moved to a different employer. Naomi is also a genuine person kind, compassionate and understanding always ready to listen We would have no hesitation in recommending Naomi Baber as a person or rental manager. Best Real Estate Agent I've ever rented through!!
In my 25 years of renting, i have never experienced such amazing and prompt service. Naomi is so lovely and understanding in any situation, she always goes out of her way to help if there's an issue and is quick to get it resolved. If only i had found her to be my property manager from the start of my renting experience, i will always try rent through doug hull as they are a fantastic Real Estate Agent and team that i highly recommend. Thanks Naomi, your the best!

Friendly Agency
I found Naomi very easy to deal with. She explained the lease fully, and was both respectful and friendly. At the conclusion of the lease the bond was returned quickly. My only complaint is that if what the landlady said to me is true I was not informed of the situation e.g. quote (the landlady)"The agent was told to tell the tenant that I had noisy kids upstairs and the tenant would have to be ok with that" In my opinion no agent in their right mind would tell a tenant that because no tenant would take the lease under those circumstances. There is no soundproofing between the buildings and the thumping, jumping, screaming and yelling began at 5.30am in the morning and as they were mostly at home all day continued until 9.00 pm at night. Putting in some rugs made no difference. I assign no blame to Naomi for this intolerable situation. She is an excellent property manager.

Amazing help
Right from our inspection of the property, our agent was attentive, polite and friendly. They kept in great contact with us and were happy to answer any of our questions no matter how small. The best service we have ever received as renters.
