Naomi has been managing two investment properties, and one of which she took over from a private arrangement. I find Naomi is an excellent communicator and always responds in a timely fashion. Further, Naomi works with you as a landlord in relation to tenants upgrade or un-urgent maintenance requests that sometimes cannot be carried out as quick as the tenant may like. Naomi has been great to deal with.
