I have known Nick Mogridge for nearly 3 decades since he was a young boy who became lifelong mates with our youngest son Toby and sharing with him the schoolboy journey through pre-school, primary and secondary school. Jacob assisted me through the journey of selling the family home and now selling my investment property. Throughout both experiences Jacob has been beyond helpful, answering any and all questions, having fantastic time management skills, very kind and professional not only to me, but to everybody I saw Jacob interact with. What I liked the most is how personable Jacob is, he made it a fun and educational experience (explaining in depth what the processes involved) not all ‘doom and gloom’ and paperwork.
