Tom is very personable and was very accomodating to our needs. He regularly followed up on how our finance approval was tracking and offered advice and assistance with this. Tom and Josh faciliated extra viewings outside inspection times. We were finally able to place an offer on the property at the 11th hour! Tom then presented the offer to the vendor after dinner on a Friday evening which led to the contract ultimately being signed prior to auction. Communication has been appropriate and well targetted.
