Purchasing a unit was very new territory for me - Karla represented me openly and with integrity in difficult circumstances at times, especially as the Seller imposed some tight condition during COVID-19. With other parties interested in the property it would have been appreciated to have more time allocated for the initial inspection of the property, especially considering the purchase price.

These are the words that immediately come to mind when I think back on our recent experience working with Josh (and Ruby) Brown. Josh designed a great campaign for us and He then set about working extremely hard throughout the engagement to ensure we achieved a great result. We were kept informed all the way through the process and we really felt that our best interests were indeed his primary concern. Trying to sell the Family house is stressful enough, then to have a global pandemic hit midway through our campaign left us with many different emotions and challenges to deal with.
