Kosta was simply great. From the moment he stepped in through the door right through to sale. Unlike other agents, he didn't want to empty the house, he was very happy with the presentation as it was. His sale description of our house flattered us and although we were not present during the showing, he must have done reslly well as it was one of the first through the door that grabbed the house, (and at a great sale price for us). All done in what is generally accepted as a quite time for real estate sales, (pre christmas). Thanks Kosta it has been a real pleasure and I would certainly recommend, (highy recommend), you to any potential persons looking to sell thier properties.

I met Andrew after the first failed attempt at sellng my property. The first campaign was somewhat ok with another agent, but didn't end up achieving the goal I set so ended withdrawing from the market. After speaking with Andrew about a year later, I was able to be convinced to jump back on the market for the second attempt at selling my property. The main reason for this was the confidence and the professionalism Andrew exerted when I was discussing the possibility of another campaign. Andrew knew I had a failed attempt at selling the property previously, and took a vey cautious approach in order to give me enough confidence to make my decision. I found Andrew extremely knowledgeable and has full awareness of the market and what it's doing surrounding my property.
