My experience with Kosta was seamless from the beginning of the process until my property was sold. I felt extremely confident with his management of every aspect. His attention to detail is superb keeping me updated at all times he gave me a realistic idea of what my property would sell for but still allowing me to put it on the market slightly higher than he advised to satisfy my need as a first time seller, and selling within a short time frame achieving an excellent price but proving he knows his market very well it sold for what he originally advised.
