My experience with Kosta was seamless from the beginning of the process until my property was sold. I felt extremely confident with his management of every aspect. His attention to detail is superb keeping me updated at all times he gave me a realistic idea of what my property would sell for but still allowing me to put it on the market slightly higher than he advised to satisfy my need as a first time seller, and selling within a short time frame achieving an excellent price but proving he knows his market very well it sold for what he originally advised. Although this was my first experience personally with Kosta, he came very highly recommended by my parents who have gone to Kosta for many years now with both residential and investment properties both selling and buying from him multiple times. My cousin also has bought from Kosta having a very positive experience. He also went above and beyond with helping me purchase my new property, which was with another agent, but Kosta gave me great advice on how to manage the whole process with no financial gain for himself which I very much appreciated. While always professional I consider him a friend as well going out of his way to help around the clock.
