Experienced, knowledgeable and transparent !!!
Barry championed the sale of our property with distinct professionalism, transparency and knowledge. Barry’s communication was always prompt, and clear, and he always clarified pro’s and con’s of decisions that were required. Kosta had researched the area and his valuation was spot on with the selling price. Queries were answered promptly and I was kept up to date with progress He was very professional but in a friendly way. I would certainly engage Kosta again for any future property sales.

Great Agent
Kosta was able to understand our intentions to sell our house as it was with a preference to a quick sale. Kosta helped us to price our house well for the market, unfortunately he had to step away before the first inspection. Andrew stepped in to run the marketing and inspections and the property was sold after a single inspection. In all interactions both Kosta and Andrew were friendly and professional. They always had our interests at the forefront. We would certainly recommend using Kosta to sell your house.
