Wow, what can I say. Our apartment was not the most presentable property on the market, but Mel from Ray White worked hard and was able to get a good price. We are really happy with the outcome and the best thing about it was the constant communication from Mel. Every few days and after each open home she would update us on the interest on the property. We had an overall pleasant and positive experience with Andrew Dinnen from Newcastle's Ray White. We were given an analysis of the Newcastle market and it turned out to be correct; Andrew understood our instructions however, and followed them as we updated them during the sale. He kept us updated weekly in a comfortable communicative manner that worked for us. We witnessed a few times Andrew's skill in drawing a sale from potential buyers and growing their interest after the initial contact.
