We had an overall pleasant and positive experience with Andrew Dinnen from Newcastle's Ray White. We were given an analysis of the Newcastle market and it turned out to be correct; Andrew understood our instructions however, and followed them as we updated them during the sale. He kept us updated weekly in a comfortable communicative manner that worked for us. We witnessed a few times Andrew's skill in drawing a sale from potential buyers and growing their interest after the initial contact. Once again, overall we have no complaints and only good things to say about our experience with Andrew. He has a pleasant demeanour that comes with experience.

My husband and myself had the pleasure of securing Kosta as our real estate agent to sell our property of 34 years at Maryland. We had previously meet Kosta when about 6 years ago when he found and sold us our investment property in Fletcher. We had in mind for a couple of years now that we may want to sell up and, on a few occasions, Kosta gave us an appraisal of our property and expert advice, but we weren't ready until recently to go ahead with the sale, but Kosta was always willing to help us out and we never felt pressured by him to sell he just waited till we were ready. Kosta helped us secure our new property we just moved into and also sold our old property within 2 weeks for exactly what he had advised us on the price we would get. We had another couple of real estate door knocking who clearly gave us an unrealistic valuation of our home to try and get the sale, but Kosta was very realistic from the start, and we were thrilled with the price he achieved us and the swiftness in the sale. His attention to detail is superb communicating with us all through the process. He is very professional at his job while at the same time being friendly and making you feel you are his only clients. Kosta was the most professional and honest agent that I have encountered. From day one he was upfront in setting our expectations, honest in his approach and delivered on every promise he gave.
