Effective efficient sales
Tony marketed the property well considering the restraints that came with the property. He liased well with park management myself and the two different legal companies. He was a pleasure to work with on this property, honesty is a huge factor for me and Tony was upfront and and able to accomplish my many questions. A great experience - we knew we were in good hands.
We met with Brett a couple of times prior to listing with Ray White Newcastle and were impressed with his honest appraisal and market advice, plus his long term knowledge of our suburb and the local properties. The sale process was very professional, from the photography, listing, Open Houses and the email, text and phone updates throughout. Quick Action!
When the market changed drastically unfavourable to investors like me, I decided to move out. In this rough time what I need desperately was the quick action.
