Selling a home can be a stressful time but Fiona made the process so easy for my wife and I. Buying, selling or renting a house is a serious and important activity and should be treated as such. Consequently, I interviewed several local agents when preparing to sell my home of 25 years. I actually found most of them professional and engaging. However, Greg Haimandos from Ray White Newtown was just a step above. From our first meeting, Greg was really well prepared and submitted a comprehensive dossier on sales results, trends in the area, upcoming properties and a list of Ray White services. Our subsequent meetings were pleasant and informative with no sales pressure and with lots of good advice. After careful consideration, I invited Greg to sell my home. At this point, things really moved forward with Greg quickly organised all the marketing, photographer, architect and other details. This process happened in a timely and efficient manner. One of the things I really appreciated at this time was an inspection by other Ray White agents from across the Inner West. Several excellent suggestions were made about my property and I really felt that all the Ray White offices were aware of my property. I think this wide reach to potential buyers was an added bonus. After the home was open for inspection, Greg provided regular weekly reports, telephone updates and other information and dealt with my concerns effectively. I was truly impressed with the number of groups that came through for inspection with Greg and his Associate Paul setting up early and handling the enquires. On auction day, both Greg and Paul provided excellent feedback to me as the auction progressed and also worked closely with potential buyers. The final outcome on the day, I believe, was perfect for all parties. I could not have been happier with the professional service and support I received from Greg and the team at Ray White Newtown. Greg produced a great result and provided a level of professionalism I really appreciated.

We were spoilt for agent choice when we were selling our place. Lots of agents bid for the sale. We chose Fiona having met her during the search for our new property. Fiona was the consummate professional, she had great industry knowledge, but even more importantly, she demonstrated the capacity to build meaningful relationships. Her marketing proposal was strong. When it came to our sale, she also built strong relationships with buyers, and our tenant, to present the property at its best during the campaign. Fiona supported us and kept us up to date throughout the process (Something, in our experience, lacking with many other agents). We achieved around 80 inspections over the 4 weeks, had a strong representation of bidders on auction day, resulting in a good sale price. We have no regrets whatsoever and are very happy to recommend Fiona to anyone considering selling (and buying) in the Inner West.
