Angela’s knowledge for the areas, it’s a peninsula. Where availability can be limited. She marketed the walkable to the ferry. Pointing this avoids looking for parking where parking along the street is limited. The walk in from street level to entry for a first floor apartment, especially appropriate for the aged. I will give her top marks in pointing out/market the not so obvious advantages mentioned above.

Angela ran an excellent campaign. We were kept fully informed every step of the way. Experienced, intelligent, trustworthy: she was clearly driven to achieve the best result possible for us. And did. We had an outstanding auction result in what were difficult market conditions. Thats when you really see who the better agent is. Anyone can sell in a hot market.
